XFX first made me convince them the thing had really died before they'd accept a return, then made me pay to ship it back to them ($20), and will not guarantee they will replace it with a new product-it might be refurbished, it might not even be an AMD chip, just one they think is 'as good or better.' SO I WILL HAVE PAID for a USED graphics card I didn't choose. Not to mention what I paid on the new power supply when I thought my PC was the problem. The fact they won't just give you a new one tells you they know they are making crap. Save yourself-spend more upfront for a better card/company. My card died right at the 30-day mark! I thought I had gotten a good deal on this product, but between trying to fix my dead PC and paying $20 for shipping, I'd be way better off paying more upfront.
Never buying PC parts from XFX again. Worked great for 30 days, then PC shut down suddenly and could not be rebooted. Tried replacing the power supply-nothing. Never buying PC parts from XFX again. This product is very misleading with its advertising. In the product description 'Gaming Bundle: Get Assassins Creed Odyssey, Strange Brigade, and Star Control: Origins FREE!.
with purchase within 30 days Demand more, demand Radeon.' This was a deciding factor for my purchase of the card. Walmart does not give you the promotion code. If you call them, they don't know anything about it and suggest exchanging it.
AMD says the retailer is responsible for distribution of the code and would not help either. I waited 10 days to get the card and had to return it. Very disappointing.
